Your Assurance
Safeguarding, Insurance & Risk Assessment
We maintain clear safeguarding and safety standards across all of our provision. Every measure is designed to protect pupils, reassure schools, and meet the expectations of school leadership and governing bodies.
Enhanced DBS Checks
All staff hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our safer recruitment process. Staff information can be shared with schools where required.
First Aid Qualified
Every session is covered by first aid qualified staff. Appropriate provision is confirmed as part of each booking or school agreement.
Safeguarding First
Staff are trained in safeguarding procedures and understand how to raise concerns. Our safeguarding policy is reviewed regularly and is available to partner schools.
Fully Insured
All provision is covered by public liability insurance. Certificates can be provided to schools as part of the setup process.
Risk Assessments
Risk assessments are completed for every venue and activity type. These are shared with schools before delivery begins and reviewed regularly.
Consistent Staffing
We assign consistent staff to each school wherever possible, helping build positive relationships with pupils and a clear understanding of your school's routines and expectations.
