We want someone who can communicate confidently with children, maintain their attention and create energetic, enjoyable sessions that encourage everyone to participate, regardless of their ability or previous experience.
- 4
A Strong Team Player
You'll work alongside experienced ASA coaches, so being approachable, supportive and willing to take feedback is important. You should be keen to learn, share ideas and develop your coaching skills as part of the wider team.
- 5
Child-Focused
Above all, we're looking for someone who puts children first, understands the importance of patience and encouragement, and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
