SWIM LEARN ACHIEVE brings high quality, National Curriculum aligned swimming and water safety directly to primary schools, using a heated pop-up pool in a secure enclosed structure, delivered on-site by qualified instructors and lifeguards. We deliver this programme in partnership with dgsgggd, a pop-up pool concept developed by education specialists with nearly two decades of experience delivering physical activity initiatives in primary schools across England. It reduces common barriers like travel, lost learning time, staffing pressure, pool closures, and tight budgets, while keeping sessions safe, inclusive, and well supported for every child.
Schools can track each pupil’s progress through an assessment and reporting platform, helping demonstrate progress and attainment. Swim Learn Achieve works with schools across Tamworth, Nuneaton, North Warwickshire & Bedworth, and South Derbyshire to deliver structured swimming programmes on-site with minimal disruption to the school day. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
The Benefits of

Our SWIM LEARN ACHIEVE on-site school swimming programme is built to make swimming simple for schools and meaningful for pupils. By bringing the pool to your school, children spend more time learning and less time travelling, while your staff avoid the usual transport planning and off-site admin that can disrupt the day. You also gain a safe, well managed environment, inclusive teaching that supports every child, and clear progress information aligned to national expectations. The result is consistent participation, better continuity of learning, and a complete service that often offers stronger value than traditional off-site provision.

SAFETY FIRST
We operate with robust pool safety procedures and clear routines, creating a calm, safe environment that builds confidence for pupils and staff.
REDUCED LOGISTICAL HASSLE
You can avoid transport planning, off-site timetables, and admin burden. We handle the setup and delivery on your site.
DATA DRIVEN INSIGHTS
You get clear, simple progress information for every child, aligned to national expectations, so you can evidence impact and next steps.

QUALITY AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
Every child can access high-quality swimming, with supportive coaching and sensible adjustments so pupils of all backgrounds and needs can succeed.
COST EFFECTIVE
An on-site, complete service can offer better value than off-site provision, while reducing hidden costs like cover, transport, and lost learning time.
FOCUSED SUPPORT FOR (SEND) PUPILS
Familiar surroundings and structured routines can help pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) feel settled and make progress.

ENHANCED LEARNING TIME
Bringing the pool to your school gives pupils more time in the water and less time travelling, so every lesson delivers maximum progress.
MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO SCHOOL DAYS
Lessons fit around your timetable, which helps protect classroom learning and reduces staff time spent coordinating movement off-site.
IMPROVED ATTENDANCE
On-site delivery makes it easier for every pupil to take part consistently, including those who may struggle with travel or unfamiliar settings.

SWIM LEARN ACHIEVE uses an enclosed, purpose-built pool structure that sits securely on the school site for the duration of the programme. It is designed to feel like a dedicated indoor facility rather than a temporary setup. The pool area is fully covered and protected from wind and rain, with solid access points and clear separation from the rest of the playground, so lessons can run reliably in typical UK weather.
The structure is set up to support safe, calm, and organised sessions. Entry and exit are controlled, with 24/7 video surveillance and the internal space is bright and private, and surfaces and walkways are chosen with slip prevention and easy cleaning in mind. The enclosed layout also helps with supervision and safeguarding because staff can manage movement in and out of the pool area in a clear, structured way, and children can focus without distractions.
